Where do you ship?
We currently can only ship within California.

 

When will I receive my jam?
We are proud to say your jam is made fresh once you order! Because of this, your jam will be made Sunday and shipped Monday. Please note, orders must be placed by 12:00pm PST Saturday to be part of Sunday's batch. All orders are shipped via ground so expect it to arrive within 1-3 days.

 

What is the refund policy?
We are certain you will love your jams, but if not, please reach out to us to find the right solution.

 

What is huckleberry?
Huckleberries, found in the Pacific Northwest, are small, round berries similar to blueberries. They come in various colors, from red to blue to black. Traditionally harvested from the wild, they’re used in pies, jams, and pancakes.

 

How long does the jam last?
If left unopened, we recommend consuming within six months; once opened, please refrigerate and it is best to use within a few weeks. Your jam is canned which allows it to last longer unopened.

 

Where is the jam made?
In bright, sunny Southern California in a home kitchen!
